It’s not only safer and cleaner than traditional farming methods, it allows us to grow perfectly-grown produce every time, while reducing our impact on the environment, addressing consumers’ food contamination concerns, and providing packaging options that consumers are demanding.
We use technology and data to improve our operations and how we serve our partners while increasing transparency in the production process. Technology and data is used to continuously optimize and refine our growing practices to improve our yield output and quality. Data allows us to grow to the varying demand of stores in different regions, resulting in reduced food spoilage and waste. We have developed blockchain technology to house all our data while giving consumers the ability to see when and how their food is grown.
We’re committed to being hyper-local – scaling our farms to grow in the communities we serve. This enables us to direct ship to stores within hours of harvest to provide a level of shelf life the industry has not experienced at a local, scaled or consistent level.
